Cherry tomato, basil and fresh cheese skewers / Brochetas de tomate cheerry, albahaca y quesillo

First of all, i'm so so so so so sorry for not being able to update this blog in such a long time....been busy and lazy, the good news are that I got a lot of recipes to share with you and will be adding them ASAP.

These skewers could not be easier (as well as updating this recipe, I know)

What you'll need:

- Bamboo skewers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Basil leaves
- Fresh cheese

Instructions??

- Just wrap the basil leaf around the fresh cheese and insert it in the skewer, then insert thecherry tomatoes and alternate. You can season it with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkling salt.

There are some other combinations that work perfect, like prosciutto with cherry tomatoes and goat cheese, etc....you can make as many combinations as you want.
