Brownies

Brownies are one of my favorite things to bake, just because they are simple and fun to make...and let's not forget yummy =D

I got this recipe from Martha's, I only used half of he ingredients...and still got a lot of brownies, so I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!

After you cut the brownies into heart shapes you wonder, what should I do with the scraps? Well...her's what I thought would be the best use for them =) with raspberry ice cream....yum!

Marshmallow pops

I made these marshmallow pops for my mom´s birthday, and they turned out to be the perfect treat, they´re simple and really fun to do....besides quickly too, here´s what you need for making 30 marshmallow pops:

- 30 Bamboo skewers
- 30 Marshmallows
- 120 grs white chocolate
- Sprinkles

OMG....I loooooooove marshmallows! So good.

Chop the white chocolate and melt it in a bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, stir occasionally so it won´t burn, meanwhile insert the bamboo skewers into the marshmallows.

Once the chocolate is completely melted dip in the marshmallow pops and add the sprinkles.
Put them in a glass, one apart from each other and put them in the fridge for about 10 minutes or until they are completely dry.
